Shipping policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

As a wholesale supply service, a flat rate shipping fee of R120 incl VAT applies on all orders within South Africa.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed by 9 am dispatch same day. Orders placed after 9 am dispatch the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will ship on a Monday.

CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS  // 1-2 working days

MAIN CENTRES (JHB, DBN, PE, PTA) // 2-3 working days

OUTLYING AREAS // 3-5 working days

*Shipping lead times calculated from time of dispatch. Bank Transfer orders are only dispatched once payment is cleared. No exceptions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

On dispatch, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with details of your tracking code & tracking link. You will also be notified when the parcel is out for delivery. If you do not receive this notification, please get in touch on sales@silkroute.co.za with your order number and we will gladly assist.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After dispatch of your goods, return enquiries will be addressed in accordance with the Returns Policy.

EXPORT RESTRICTION
